John is a life-long resident of Muscatine County. As a Muscatine native, John takes pride in serving his hometown. Born in 1957, he was raised on a farm in rural Muscatine County and is a 1976 graduate of Muscatine High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Distinction from the University of Iowa in 1980 and went on to achieve his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1983.
John is a member of the Muscatine County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He also served as Treasurer for the Muscatine County Bar Association from 1999-2002.
John currently serves on the Board of Directors for Muscatine Welfare Association, the Muscatine Community College Foundation, and CROSSROADS, INC. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Volunteers & Information, Inc. and United Way of Muscatine. John also served as City Attorney for Nichols, Iowa, from 1990-1995, and was a Co-Instructor for Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship at the University of Iowa's Henry B. Tippie College of Business from 1998-2001.
In John's spare time, he enjoys biking, woodworking, turning junk into displayable art, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loves being a grandfather.

Rosy Avalos Eichelberger
Rosy was born in 1970 in Brownsville, Texas, but moved to Muscatine with her family in 1972. She is a 1988 graduate of Muscatine High School, received her Associate of Arts degree, with Honors, in 1997 from Muscatine Community College, received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1999 from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business, and achieved her Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from the University of Iowa College of Law.
Rosy is a member of the Executive Committee for the Muscatine County Bar Assocation, serves as the Real Estate Chair, and has previously served as President and Treasurer. She is also a member of the Iowa Bar Association, with active membership in the Real Estate and Title Law Section, the Probate, Trust & Estate Planning Law Section, and the General Practice Section.
Rosy currently serves as the Chairperson for the Muscatine County Civil Service Commission, a member of the Muscatine County Compensation Board, a member of the Grievance Commission of the Supreme Court of Iowa, and a member of the General Practice Section Council for the Iowa State Bar Association. She has formerly served as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2007-08, and as a general member of the Board of Directors for: the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2004-2010, the Muscatine Community College Alumni Association 2005-14, and the United Way of Muscatine 2008. Rosy has also served as an Instructor of Business Law for Iowa Weslyan College in 2003.
In Rosy's spare time, she enjoys reading, being outside, and loves spending time with her family and friends. Rosy especially loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Gregory J. Kreitner
Gregory was born in 1968, in Champaign, Illinois. His family moved to Round Lake, Illinois in 1975 and in 1986 he graduated from Round Lake Senior High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Lake Forest College in 1990 and completed his Juris Doctor degree at Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2001.
Gregory has been a member of the Muscatine County Bar Association since 2002 and the Iowa State Bar Association since 2001. He has been a member of the Iowa State Bar Association Real Estate Section since 2002 and the Criminal Law Section since 2014. Greg also serves as a Chamber Ambassador for the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In Gregory's spare time, he enjoys working in the yard, playing music, listening to classic rock, reading, and spending time with his indispensable wife, Andrea, and friends. He also loves being “Super Dad”.

Will is a Muscatine native. Born in 1979, Will briefly lived in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, but always returned to Muscatine, Iowa. In 1998, he graduated from Muscatine High School. He received an Associate of Arts Degree in 2000 from Muscatine Community College, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2002 from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts with a major in History and two minors in Political Science and Philosophy, and achieved his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the University of Iowa College of Law.
Will has been a member of the Muscatine County Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association since 2005. He has been a member of the Iowa State Bar Association Real Estate Section since 2005. Will served as a Business Law adjunct professor for Muscatine Community College in 2007-2009 and 2015-2016.
In Will's spare time, he enjoys sports, music, reading, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
